Our Commitment

At Glamorizee, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Returnable Items

Returns are only accepted for:

  • Products that are damaged upon arrival
  • Products that are defective

Please note that we do not accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind or personal preference.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at sales.glamorizee@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photos if applicable.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the RMA number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales.glamorizee@gmail.com.
