• All customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable as they are tailored to your specifications.
• Due to the personalized nature of these items, they cannot be resold or used by other customers.
2. Order Cancellations
• Order cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the customization process begins, and the order cannot be canceled.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
• If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will provide a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
• To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing unboxing videos of the damaged item and packaging. So make sure to take a video when you are unboxing your product
4. Customer Responsibility
• Please double-check your customization details (name, photo, message, etc.) before finalizing the order. We are not responsible for errors made during the order placement process.
5. How to Report an Issue
• Contact our support team via email or phone call with your order number, photos/videos of the product, and a brief description of the problem.
